Sun Resort Capital Holding Inc is an investment holding company. The Company's operations encompass various aspects of real estate development, such as land identification and acquisition, project planning, designing, marketing and execution. The holding through its subsidiaries owns properties in Canada, Latin America, Asia, Middle Est, Africa, and invest primary in residential, commercial real estates, office buildings, hotel and resorts delivering stable cash flows.
As at 23rd June 2022 the company had an authorised share capital of $100,000,000, subsidiaries in Vietnam and Republic of Korea with a portfolio of 3,284,446 square meter construction land which was valued at £$400,000,000.
History

Initial investments were made in the Vietnam in the 2002's concentrating on the acquisition of construction land and a joint venture agreement with the city council for the development of the Felimar resort project which attract foreign investors from Canada.
The initial investor was Sun Resort Vina Co, Ltd in partnership with the local government. In 2013 Sun resort Vina Co, Ltd`s assets was wholly transfer to Sun Resort Capital holding Inc which is now the principal developer of the Felimar Resort proposed real estate development in Vietnam.
UK & Europe
in mitigate the country risk and identify new property development opportunities Sun Resort Vina Co, Ltd assigned its property assets to the holding company set up in Canada in joint venture with Venture capital and Private equity funds that was interested to invest in the Felimar Resort project.
The holding company was then set up as Sun Resort Capital Holding Inc Canada with an initial authorised share capital of $100,000,000 which will be increased later after the joint venture with Canadian and European investors to develop the Felimar Resor project in Vietnam.
The holding is currently identifying new property development opportunities Europe, Africa and Republic of Korea.
